In this role, you will provide physical therapy treatment and patient care according to hospital, state, and federal regulations. You will also delegate tasks, supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians, and maintain open communication with hospital departments to ensure patient, staff, and hospital needs are met. Additionally, you will play a key role in helping patients regain control of their lives and independence.

To be successful in this position, you must have current state licensure or certification, CPR certification, and a degree from an accredited bachelor's or master's program. Effective communication skills and demonstrated competence in physical therapy evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment are essential.
