Your Role as a Physical Therapist

As a Physical Therapist at Encompass Health, you will provide comprehensive physical therapy treatment and patient care according to hospital, state, and federal regulations. Your responsibilities will include delegating tasks, supervising physical therapist assistants and technicians, maintaining open communication with hospital departments, and helping patients regain control of their lives and independence. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a current state licensure or certification at the time of employment. CPR certification is preferred, and a degree from an accredited bachelor's or master's program with sufficient experience in the field is essential.
