- Shift Details: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with one mandatory night shift until 8:00 pm

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive admission assessments, including psychiatric, family, medical, substance abuse, development, social, work, and school history
- Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing clinical best practices
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Conduct mental status assessments for high-risk patients
- Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and case management
- Coordinate care with healthcare providers, state agencies, courts, and non-profit organizations
- Attend department meetings and complete educational requirements
Qualifications
- Connecticut Licensed MSW or Master's degree with current Connecticut certification as an Alcohol/Drug Counselor (CADC) required
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge and behaviors to meet age-specific patient needs
- Bilingual skills preferred
