As a Psychiatric Clinician, you will work in an outpatient behavioral health therapy setting under the clinical direction of the Department of Psychiatry Medical Director.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations of adult patients, including diagnosis, risk assessments, and treatment recommendations
• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with case managers and RNs to support the therapeutic work
• Participate in clinical team meetings, professional development opportunities, and continuing education

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling
• Current State of Connecticut licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting
