Job Details

• Job Schedule: Full Time
• Standard Hours: 40
• Job Shift: Shift 1
• Shift Details: Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient caseload, providing ongoing psychiatric services including individual, group, and family therapy
• Evaluate and formulate treatment plans for new clients
• Coordinate treatment interventions to achieve treatment goals
• Participate in team meetings and supervision
• Provide support and coverage for other team members
• Complete required documentation in a timely fashion
• Comply with regulatory agency requirements
• Provide liaison for patients with community service agencies
• May supervise student interns
• Track insurance authorizations and utilization management reviews
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut Licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or similar licensure (i.e. LMFT, LPC, etc)
• Additional Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC) is a plus
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• One year of experience in a similar role
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual skills highly preferred
• Excellent time-management and documentation skills
