Responsibilities:

• Perform psychiatric evaluations of inpatient patients to determine mental health and substance abuse care needs
• Provide direct clinical psychosocial therapy to patients through individual, group, and family sessions
• Assess each patient's age-specific needs and provide age-specific treatment and care
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work
• Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in the state of Connecticut
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in documentation and computer skills
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment
• Bilingual in Spanish or Polish is preferred
