Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations of adult patients, including diagnosis, risk assessments, and treatment recommendations
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with case managers, registered nurses, and other team members to ensure coordinated patient care
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling
- Current State of Connecticut licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting
