Summary:

Hartford HealthCare is currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Clinician to join our Behavioral Health team. As a Psychiatric Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive and caring support to individuals with behavioral health diagnoses. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations of inpatient patients to assess mental health and substance abuse needs
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities
  • Utilize your understanding of growth and development to tailor treatment plans to each patient's specific needs
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and autonomously

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work
  • Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in the state of Connecticut
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong documentation and computer skills
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Polish is preferred
  • Knowledge of EPIC is a plus
