As a Licensed Psychiatric Clinician, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy to patients as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. Join our established and supportive interdisciplinary team, where you will receive clinical supervision, have regular engagement with medical professionals, and have access to professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations of adult patients
• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy
• Collaborate with case managers and RNs
• Participate in clinical team meetings and professional development opportunities
• Support the development of clinical specialty areas

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling
• Current State of Connecticut licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting
