As the Program Director of Skilled Nursing, your responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing, developing, directing, and supervising all aspects of the program
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards, regulations, and guidelines
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with interdepartmental stakeholders
  • Managing staffing and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage
  • Participating in hospital meetings as a program representative
  • Monitoring and managing financial and budgeting concerns
  • Collaborating with the Chief Nursing Officer and Director of Therapy Operations

Qualifications:

  • License or Certification: As required by state requirements for the program or the discipline
  • Education, Training and Experience: Bachelor's degree, additional training with a Master's or Doctor's degree preferred, minimum five years of healthcare experience with two years in management
  • Physical Requirements: Good visual acuity and ability to communicate, ability to lift and handle medical supplies and equipment
