As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will be a vital member of our care team, providing clinical behavioral health services to primary care patients. You will collaborate with the medical staff, consult with primary care providers, and educate office staff on behavioral health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical behavioral health services to primary care patients
• Collaborate with the medical staff on patient referrals
• Consult with primary care providers
• Educate office staff on behavioral health conditions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Master's Degree in social work, Doctoral Degree in Psychology, or related field
• Current independent license to practice in Connecticut (LCSW, PhD, PsyD)
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience
• Demonstrated competency in assessment and brief cognitive and behavioral interventions
• Experience working with individuals of all ages, couples, families, and groups
• Experience providing behavioral health services in a medical setting, preferably primary care
