We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate board-certified Physician Assistant/Physician Associate (PA) contractors to join our team. As a PA contractor, you will conduct In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home visits that focus on a person's overall health and well-being
• Identify potential barriers to care
