- Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care - Adult Medicine (18+)

Responsibilities
- Perform routine physical examinations
- Develop and implement medical, educational, and psychosocial plans for patient treatment
- Collaborate with the physician(s) and care team members
- Refer patients to other healthcare professionals or specialists as needed
- Provide appropriate treatment within the scope of practice and refer complex cases to the physician
Requirements
- Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
- APRN (Family, Adult/Geri Nurse Practitioner) or PA
- New graduates welcome to apply
- Preferred: At least two years of post-graduate experience as an APRN or PA
