• Schedule: Weekdays only, no call
• Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care - Adult Medicine (18+)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine physical examinations
• Develop and implement medical, educational, and psychosocial plans for patient treatment
• Collaborate with the physician(s) and care team members
• Refer patients to other healthcare professionals or specialists as needed
• Provide appropriate treatment within the scope of practice and refer complex cases to the physician

Requirements

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
• APRN (Family, Adult/Geri Nurse Practitioner) or PA
• New graduates welcome to apply
• Preferred: At least two years of post-graduate experience as an APRN or PA
