Job Description:

As a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, you will provide direct care to patients in our outpatient cardiology setting. You will collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care and education to patients and their families. In addition, you will be responsible for clinical management, including diagnosing, treating, and managing complex cardiovascular conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in collaboration with physicians
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Educate patients and families on treatment regimens and expected outcomes
• Collaborate with hospital-based APPs and physicians for clinical management
• Diagnose, treat, and manage complex cardiovascular conditions

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Master's Program
• Licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as a Physician Assistant (PA-C), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Adult Geriatric Primary Care (AGPCNP) in the state of Connecticut
