Role Overview: As a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Cardiology, you will provide direct care to inpatients in collaboration with noninvasive, interventional, structural heart, electrophysiology, and heart failure physicians. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients, ordering and interpreting diagnostic procedures, prescribing medications, and communicating with colleagues to ensure timely and effective care. Shift Details:

  • Full-time position
  • Day shift: Monday to Friday
  • 40 hours per week
  • One weekend per month
  • No nights/overnights

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Master’s Program
  • Licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) in the state of Connecticut
  • Experience in cardiology preferred; new graduates welcome to apply
