Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Manchester, CT
• Schedule: Weekdays only, no call!
• Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care – Adult Medicine (18+)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine physical examinations and develop comprehensive medical plans
• Collaborate with physicians and care team members to determine appropriate treatment and referral plans
• Perform treatments and procedures within the scope of practice
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Document patient information accurately and timely

Qualifications:

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
• Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• New graduates welcome to apply!
• Preferred: Two years of post-graduate experience
