Details:

• Location: Manchester, CT
• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Weekdays only, no call
• Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care - Adult Medicine (18+)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments of patients
• Formulate and implement medical and treatment plans
• Provide education and counseling to patients regarding their healthcare needs
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in creating patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in primary care and medical practices

Qualifications:

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
• APRN (Family, Adult/Geri Nurse Practitioner) or PA
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Preferred: At least two years of post-graduate experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
