Hartford HealthCare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Critical Care Services team in Stamford, CT. As a member of our collaborative team, you will provide holistic, high-quality care to critically ill patients admitted to the critical care unit.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients admitted to the critical care unit.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic diseases.
• Perform procedures and order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate with a variety of consultants to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions.

Requirements:

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible).
• Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner training.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as an advanced practice provider in a critical care setting.
• Neurocritical care experience highly preferred.
