Role Scope

In this role, you will provide high-quality patient-centered care, advocacy, and education for patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include clinical management in collaboration with physicians, diagnosing and treating complex cardiovascular conditions, and communicating effectively with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Educational support and development opportunities are provided to ensure your success in this position.

Requirements

To be considered, you must:

  • Be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Master's Program
  • Be licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Physician Assistant (PA-C), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Adult Geriatric Primary Care (AGPCNP) in the state of Connecticut
