Summary:

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking board-certified Physician Assistants (PA) or Physician Associates (PA) to conduct In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. As a PA contractor, you will have the opportunity to work flexible hours, connect with people one-on-one, and help them re-engage with their health.

At Signify Health, our mission is to build trusted relationships to make people healthier. As a PA contractor, you will conduct in-home visits focusing on a person's overall health and well-being, and identify potential barriers to care. You will earn up to $1800 to $3000 each week, with an average of 6-9 visits daily. By participating in our Market Multiplier program, you can increase your per-visit rate by up to 200%. Additionally, you have the opportunity to earn additional compensation through our pay-per-test model for visits where health plan members qualify for additional diagnostic and preventive tests.

We offer shifts available Monday - Sunday with no nights or weekends required, and you can choose between short-term or long-term contracts. Each visit is pre-scheduled in-home with health plan members. Depending on eligibility, we provide airfare, hotel, and rental car options. Malpractice coverage is included, and you can earn availability incentives when you offer to complete five appointments per day worked.

As an independent contractor with 1099 status, you will enjoy a flexible schedule. A state license is required (PA-C).

During the visits, which take place in health plan members' homes, you will conduct a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation. Please note that as a PA contractor, you will not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people's current treatment regimen. The visits provide an opportunity to earn a competitive wage or supplement your current income while managing other personal and clinical commitments.
