DispatchHealth Management is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our growing team in Needham, MA. As part of our innovative in-home care service, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of injuries and illnesses for patients of all ages. What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with DispatchHealth Medical Technicians to deliver care in patients' homes
• Perform comprehensive health assessments and diagnose complex illnesses
• Provide therapeutic interventions such as splinting, suturing, wound care, and minor procedures
• Follow evidence-based standards of practice
• Accurately and thoroughly document patient encounters
• Analyze test data, arrange follow-up care, and educate patients on acute illness management
• Navigate difficult conversations related to end-of-life issues and goals of care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Adhere to clinical and safety standards
• Provide compassionate and culturally competent care

What You Need:

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in ER, Urgent Care, or Internal Medicine
• Graduate from an accredited institution
• Current unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Nationally board certified
• Current BLS certification, ACLS preferred
• Prescriptive authority and DEA
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
