Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate physical therapy assistance to patients
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises

Qualifications

• Active or pending Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) state license
• Proven track record of successful patient care experience
• Experience working with a geriatric population preferred
