Synchrony Health Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Harbor House Rehab and Nursing, a dynamic and innovative Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living health campus located in Hingham, MA. Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting licensed physical therapists in providing care and treatment to patients
• Implementing treatment plans under the guidance and supervision of the physical therapist
• Monitoring and documenting patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Educating patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and activities
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), you must have:

• Active or pending Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) state license
• Proven track record of successful patient care experience
• Experience working with a geriatric population preferred
