Job Details:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Physical Therapist to assess patients' needs and develop treatment plans
• Perform therapeutic techniques and interventions under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
• Administer objective measures to evaluate patients' progress
• Provide patient and caregiver education regarding treatment and equipment use
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care

Qualifications:

• Education & Training: Associate's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• License/Certification: Current State of CT Physical Therapy Assistant license
• Experience: Experience in homecare is preferred
• Skills: Knowledge of physical therapy principles, excellent communication and organizational skills
