• Job Schedule: Full Time
• Standard Hours: 40
• Job Shift: Shift 1
• Shift Details: Coverage primarily in Waterbury with coverage into neighboring towns as needed. Base hours between 24 and 40 can be considered.

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for the evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation of therapy services for homebound patients. You will independently evaluate patients and develop treatment strategies to remediate and rehabilitate physical dysfunction or pain. Your role will involve a thorough evaluation of patients' strength, mobility, joint integrity, balance, coordination, and functional abilities. You will design and implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other techniques to maximize patients' functional independence.

Qualifications

• PT experience required
• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program from an accredited American Physical Therapy Association school
• Active CT PT license
• CPR certification required
