Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for homebound patients
  • Independently deliver or delegate services that address physical dysfunction
  • Apply therapeutic techniques and agents to maximize functional independence
  • Assess strength, motor control, joint mobility, pain, balance, coordination, and more

Requirements

  • PT experience required
  • Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program from an accredited American Physical Therapy Association school
  • Active CT PT license
  • CPR certification required
