Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for homebound patients
- Independently deliver or delegate services that address physical dysfunction
- Apply therapeutic techniques and agents to maximize functional independence
- Assess strength, motor control, joint mobility, pain, balance, coordination, and more
Requirements
- PT experience required
- Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program from an accredited American Physical Therapy Association school
- Active CT PT license
- CPR certification required
