Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for homebound patients referred for physical therapy
• Deliver or delegate physical therapy services to remediate acute or prolonged physical dysfunction
• Focus on improving strength, motor control, joint mobility, pain management, balance, coordination, and functional abilities

Qualifications

• PT experience required
• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program from an accredited American Physical Therapy Association school
• Active CT PT license
• CPR certification required
