Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and efficient physical therapy services to patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible patient care

Qualifications

• Active or pending Physical Therapy (PT) state license
• Proven track record of successful patient care
• Experience working with a geriatric disabled population preferred
