About Southington Care Center

Southington Care Center features a state-of-the-art rehab pavilion complete with Aqua Therapy and an Occupational Therapy suite that replicates the home setting. Our staff promotes quality of life while fostering maximum well-being, with a wide range of wellness programs.

Job Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will independently evaluate, determine treatment strategies, and deliver or delegate services that identify, prevent, remediate, and rehabilitate acute or prolonged physical dysfunction or pain. You will be responsible for evaluating patients' strength, motor control, joint mobility, soft tissue integrity, balance, coordination, and more. Your goal will be to maximize the patient's functional independence and overall well-being.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program from an accredited American Physical Therapy Association school (Bachelor's, Masters, or Doctoral degree)
• Must possess a Physical Therapist license in the state of Connecticut
• New grads are welcome to apply
