Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment for homebound patients. Your role will include assessing patients' physical function, developing treatment strategies, and delivering or delegating therapy services. You will work with patients to maximize their functional independence and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• PT experience required
• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program from an accredited American Physical Therapy Association school
• Active CT PT license
• CPR certification required
