Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation for homebound patients referred for physical therapy
• Independently evaluate, determine treatment strategies, and deliver or delegate services to identify, prevent, remediate, and rehabilitate physical dysfunction or pain
• Utilize a variety of techniques, including physical and chemical agents, exercise, and other procedures, to maximize functional independence
• Evaluate strength, motor control, joint mobility, soft tissue integrity, pain, balance, coordination, posture, cardiopulmonary function, endurance, gait, and functional abilities
• Uphold high standards of care and professionalism

Qualifications:

• PT experience required
• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program from an accredited American Physical Therapy Association school
• Active CT PT license
• CPR certification required at the time of start
