Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation for homebound patients referred for physical therapy
- Independently evaluate, determine treatment strategies, and deliver or delegate services to identify, prevent, remediate, and rehabilitate physical dysfunction or pain
- Utilize a variety of techniques, including physical and chemical agents, exercise, and other procedures, to maximize functional independence
- Evaluate strength, motor control, joint mobility, soft tissue integrity, pain, balance, coordination, posture, cardiopulmonary function, endurance, gait, and functional abilities
- Uphold high standards of care and professionalism
Qualifications:
- PT experience required
- Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program from an accredited American Physical Therapy Association school
- Active CT PT license
- CPR certification required at the time of start
