Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment programs for homebound patients referred for physical therapy. Your role will involve assessing patients' physical function, developing treatment strategies, and delivering or delegating services to address physical dysfunction or pain. You will also provide therapeutic interventions, including exercise, physical agents, and other procedures, to maximize functional independence.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• PT experience
• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Active CT PT license
• CPR certification
