Responsibilities

• Perform thorough examination and evaluation of patient's level of function
• Establish measurable goals based on patient care protocols
• Implement and deliver patient care through appropriate interventions
• Provide patient and caregiver education regarding treatment, precautions, and equipment use
• Participate in patient transition planning and coordinate care with other providers
• Delegate patient care tasks and provide clinical supervision

Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy Program from an accredited institution
• Active license in the state of Connecticut
• 3 years of experience preferred, but new grads are welcome
• Interest in sports medicine and functional movement assessments
• Advanced certifications and specialties are a plus
