Job Description

As a Physical Therapist (PT) at our Norwich office, you will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility alongside experienced clinicians and some of the best healthcare professionals in New England. You will be responsible for administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to patients, evaluating their level of function, and providing interventions to rehabilitate acute or prolonged physical dysfunction or pain. You will also collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough examination and evaluation of patient's level of function
  • Establish measurable goals based on patient needs
  • Implement appropriate interventions and clinical decision making
  • Provide patient and caregiver education
  • Coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers
  • Delegate patient care tasks and provide clinical supervision

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active CT PT license and BLS certification
  • Open to recent graduates
  • One year of experience in an outpatient setting preferred
