As a Physical Therapist, you'll be part of the premier rehabilitation provider in Connecticut. You'll have the opportunity to work in different settings, including acute care hospitals, long-term care facilities, sub-acute rehabilitation, and homecare. We offer specialized services, such as oncology, women's health, sports medicine, and more.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat homebound patients referred for physical therapy
• Develop treatment plans based on patient needs
• Implement therapeutic interventions to maximize functional independence
• Use evaluation skills and techniques to assess physical dysfunction and pain
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited American Physical Therapy Association school
• Active CT PT license
• CPR certification required
