In this role, you will:

• Provide physical therapy treatment and patient care following hospital, state, and federal regulations and professional guidelines.
• Delegate tasks and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians.
• Maintain open communication with hospital departments to ensure patient, staff, and hospital needs are met.
• Help patients regain control of their lives and independence.
• Create an environment and culture focused on patient safety and-centered treatment.

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• Current state licensure or certification (before the first day of employment).
• CPR certification preferred (unless otherwise required by hospital policy).
• Degree from an accredited bachelor's or master's program, plus relevant experience.
• Competence in physical therapy evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment.
• Effective communication skills for working with patients, families, and caregivers.
