Responsibilities:

As a Physical Therapist (PT) at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough examinations and evaluations of patient's level of function
• Establishing measurable treatment goals based on patient needs
• Administering physical therapy treatments and interventions
• Providing patient and caregiver education
• Participating in patient transition planning and discharge planning
• Delegating patient care tasks and providing clinical supervision

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Masters, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to new graduates
• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Current State of CT Physical Therapy license required or active temporary license at time of hire
