Responsibilities

• Perform thorough examination and evaluation of patient's level of function
• Develop measurable goals based on patient needs
• Administer medically prescribed Physical Therapy treatments
• Provide patient and caregiver education
• Participate in patient discharge planning
• Delegate patient care tasks and provide clinical supervision to students and assistants

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to new graduates
• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Current State of CT Physical Therapy license
