Responsibilities

• Perform thorough examination and evaluation of patients' level of function
• Establish measurable goals based on patient care protocols
• Implement and deliver patient care using appropriate interventions
• Provide patient and caregiver education regarding treatment and equipment use
• Participate in patient transition planning and discharge planning
• Delegate patient care tasks and provide clinical supervision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
• Open to new graduates
• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Current State of CT Physical Therapy license
