- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Shift 1 (Requires 2 evening shifts to 7pm and 2-3 morning shifts starting at 7am)
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough examinations and evaluations of patients' level of function
- Establish measurable goals based on patient needs
- Implement and deliver appropriate physical therapy treatments and interventions
- Provide patient and caregiver education
- Participate in patient transition planning and discharge planning
- Delegate patient care tasks and provide clinical supervision
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
- Open to new graduates
- Previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
- Current State of CT Physical Therapy license
