• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Shift 1 (Requires 2 evening shifts to 7pm and 2-3 morning shifts starting at 7am)

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough examinations and evaluations of patients' level of function
• Establish measurable goals based on patient needs
• Implement and deliver appropriate physical therapy treatments and interventions
• Provide patient and caregiver education
• Participate in patient transition planning and discharge planning
• Delegate patient care tasks and provide clinical supervision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
• Open to new graduates
• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Current State of CT Physical Therapy license
