Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, and develop treatment plans for homebound patients referred for physical therapy
• Independently deliver and/or delegate services to maximize patient's functional independence
• Provide therapeutic application of physical and chemical agents, exercise, and other procedures
• Conduct evaluations of strength, motor control, mobility, soft tissue integrity, pain, balance, coordination, posture, and cardiopulmonary function

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program with a PT license
• CPR certification
