Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions for homebound patients referred for physical therapy.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Utilizing evidence-based practices and the latest research to deliver effective therapy services.
- Providing education and support to patients and their families on therapy techniques and strategies.
- Evaluating and documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Prior experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Active CT PT license.
- CPR certification.
