Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions for homebound patients referred for physical therapy.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and the latest research to deliver effective therapy services.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families on therapy techniques and strategies.
• Evaluating and documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Prior experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Active CT PT license.
• CPR certification.
