• Job Shift: Shift 1 (Coverage primarily in Waterbury with coverage into neighboring towns as needed)

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, treat, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for homebound patients referred for physical therapy
• Independently evaluate, determine treatment strategies, and deliver services to address physical dysfunction or pain
• Utilize evaluation skills and techniques to assess strength, motor control, joint mobility, soft tissue integrity, pain, balance, coordination, posture, cardiopulmonary function, endurance, gait, and functional abilities

Qualifications:

• PT experience required
• Graduate of Physical Therapy Program from an accredited American Physical Therapy Association school
• Active CT PT license
• CPR certification required
