Details: In this role, you will provide physical therapy treatment and patient care according to hospital, state, and federal regulations and professional guidelines. You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from stroke, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, joint replacements, multiple trauma, and cardiac/pulmonary conditions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting physical therapy evaluations and assessments
• Creating individualized care plans and treatment
• Supervising physical therapist assistants and technicians
• Maintaining open communication with hospital departments
• Helping patients regain control of their lives and independence

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a current state licensure or certification, as well as a degree from an accredited bachelor's or master's program. You should have demonstrated competence in physical therapy evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment. Effective communication skills are essential for working with patients, families, and caregivers. CPR certification is preferred.
