Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients referred for physical therapy
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to maximize functional independence

Qualifications

• PT experience required
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Active CT PT license
• CPR certification
