As a Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing physical therapy treatment and patient care according to hospital, state, and federal regulations
• Supervising physical therapist assistants and technicians
• Maintaining open communication with hospital departments to ensure patient, staff, and hospital needs are met
• Helping patients regain control of their lives and regain independence
• Creating an environment and culture that promotes patient safety and patient-centered treatment

Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• Current state licensure or certification
• CPR certification preferred
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Experience in the field is essential
• Demonstrated competence in physical therapy evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment
• Effective communication skills for working with patients, families, and caregivers
