In this role, you will have the chance to work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from stroke, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, joint replacements, multiple trauma, and cardiac/pulmonary conditions. You will provide physical therapy treatment and care according to hospital guidelines and professional standards. As a Physical Therapist at Encompass Health, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting physical therapy evaluations and assessments
• Developing personalized care plans
• Providing direct patient care
• Supervising physical therapist assistants and technicians
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to meet patient needs

We are looking for candidates who are licensed/certified physical therapists with excellent communication skills. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of physical therapy evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment. You should be compassionate, driven, and dedicated to helping patients regain their independence.
