As a Physical Therapist, you'll play a crucial role in helping patients improve their physical function, reduce pain, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized physical therapy treatment and patient care in accordance with hospital, state, and federal regulations and professional guidelines.
• Delegate tasks and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and maintain open communication to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
• Help patients regain control of their lives and independence through comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of evidence-based interventions.

Requirements:

• Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification preferred (unless otherwise required by hospital policy).
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong knowledge and competence in physical therapy evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers.
