Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy treatment and patient care according to hospital, state, and federal regulations.
• Delegate tasks and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians.
• Maintain open and ongoing communication with hospital departments for effective coordination of patient care.
• Help patients regain control of their lives and restore independence.
• Create a patient-centered treatment environment and culture that promotes safety and well-being.

Requirements:

• Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited program in Physical Therapy.
• Demonstrated competence in evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers.
