Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist at Encompass Health, you will play a crucial role in providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy. Use your specialized skills to lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, supervise care and treatments, and target and resolve patient concerns. Building rewarding relationships with patients, you will have the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs, helping them recover and celebrating their wins along the way.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients requiring physical therapy
• Supervise care and treatments
• Lead patient assessments
• Create personalized care plans
• Target and resolve patient concerns
• Build rewarding relationships with patients

Qualifications:

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
• CPR certification preferred (unless otherwise required by hospital policy)
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
